Organised under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. P. Prakash Babu, Director Prof. P. G. Arul, and Course Coordinator Dr K. Srujana, the training features a rigorous schedule to ensure deep engagement.

Attendees must commit to two live online sessions daily, running from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Because the program is valid for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) promotions, the organisers have mandated a strict 100% attendance policy for participants to successfully receive their E-Certificates.
